Opening Commentary
Writer: Garvin
Jack Gene - Hello and welcome everyone to WMW Graveyard Shift 128! And we are coming to you from the WMW Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. My name is Jack Gene and I'm alongside Bill Hughes, and we've got an action packed card for you tonight. Tonight, The Midwest Tag League tournament #4 begins tonight as The Inquistion, The Foxxy Grandpas, Langston and Kilik and The Flying Sharktopi all fight tonight to determine who will move into the second round.
Bill Hughes - Which, should note that Father Nathan is in the building and is expected to compete here tonight, all though, that may not be a good decision.
Jack Gene - Considering Hecate and Druscilla are still in the hospital, and Kronin still is not cleared to compete, it's surprising for sure that doctors have let him here tonight. Tonight though, we'll also see Tyson Banes take on Jordan Keyser and Marty Poppins take on the newcomer, The Angel of Death. But, probably the match that I'm looking forward to the most is Boris Drago vs. Shank.
Bill Hughes - Oh, me too, Jack. I mean, two men of pretty much equal size and demeanor. This match has every element of an epic confrontation. Two immovable objects going at it. Should be good.
Jack Gene - But, tonight's big news comes from backstage, as WMW Brad Johnson is expected to deliver a huge announcement. Possibly to do with what's going on between WMW and STO, or who knows, it could be about the condition of Druscilla and Hecate, or maybe something even bigger.
A Big Announcement from Brad Johnson
[The shot opens backstage outside of Brad Johnson's office. The door reads "Brad Johnson, WMW Owner" on the door.]
Jack Gene - And we are waiting for that big announcement to come from Brad Johnson's office tonight. All though, we should note that what you didn't see last week, at GS127 was that Johnson left in a limo with Jordan Keyser. Could ESN be stepping in?
[The camera does not move away from the door.]
Jack Gene - Our cameras are backstage, and we'll keep you updated as this situation develops. Right now, though, we send it to the ring as Wayne Inkster is ready to announce the opening contest.
Angel of Death vs. Marty Poppins
Writer: Garvin[The shot switches back the center of the ring. Wayne Inkster is in the ring. Just then, Marty Poppins runs out of the back to no entrance music, per the usual. This time, he looks extra scared.]
Inkster announces the opening contest. He introduces the first competitor, Marty Poppins. Jack and Bill speculate on what Poppins could be running from with terror in his eyes.
[As Poppins runs to the ring, Positive Pete jogs out from the back with a smile on his face and a green 'go' sign.]
Jack sees the green sign and says that Poppins is obviously not willing to change his ways, and would rather that be a stop sign. Bill says that regardless of the situation, he'd be creeped out by Positive Pete, too.
[Marty slides into the ring and yells at Pete, who just calmly tells him it's going to be okay and claps for him. Marty doesn't seem too impressed. Just then, The Angel of Death's music hits. And, as she did last week, she glides from the WMW big screen on a zip line.]
Jack once again builds up the fact that she was found during the Wrestling Southwest tour, and said that she impressed just about everyone in the building last week, when she defeated Tyson Banes.
[She hits the ring, landing on top of the turnbuckles, before doing a backflip, and landing on her feet. In the opposite corner, Marty Poppins is all smiles and claps for her with glee. AOD is checked for foreign objects by the ref.]
[She hits the ring, landing on top of the turnbuckles, before doing a backflip, and landing on her feet. In the opposite corner, Marty Poppins is all smiles and claps for her with glee. AOD is checked for foreign objects by the ref.]
Bill says that he's really weirded out by the fact that out of everything that seems to freak Marty Poppins out, a masked wrestler named 'The Angel of Death' just ziplined into the ring does not. It does the opposite. Jack says that, maybe Marty Poppins is just looking for some entertainment, and he found it. All though, that would be unfortunate, considering that he'll be fighting her in a few moments.
[Those few moments turned quickly became the past as the ref calls for the bell. Marty walks up to her and looks to be trying to introduce himself, but AOD ducks his advances, charges the ropes, bounces off, and jumps through the air, crashing into Marty with a flying drop kick. She sets the tone early on, continuing to run circles around Marty, who doesn't show much interest in actually competing in a wrestling match. She takes him down with an arm drag, and then another. As Marty tries to regain his footing, AOD charges the ropes again and springboards off with a springboard dropkick, but Marty ducks it causing AOD to miss, landing on her stomach. She pops up holding her midsection. Marty walks up to her and slaps her across the face.]
That was the first offensive move that Jack and Bill can remember seeing from Marty.
[Marty immediately takes her by the hair, softly of course, and begins to look at it. She pulls away and slugs him in the jaw, which causes him to fall dramatically. He rolls out of the ring, where Positive Pete quickly helps him up and consoles him. After Marty shakes off the pain from his jaw and realizes where is, he looks at Pete with a frightened look, before pushing away and hissing at him.]
Seriously, hissing. And maybe a few spits if Bill Hughes's book of cat language is accurate. Or at least, his viewpoint of the situation.
[Marty runs back and slides into the ring, keeping his eyes locked on Positive Pete, who seems to be very confused by the situation. AOD measures him up and lands a backdrop. She quickly gets to her feet and jumps towards the ring post. As Marty arches his back up in pain, she jumps to the top rope before jumping off quickly with a backflip legdrop.]
Jack says the move was awesome and was her finisher calling it the 'Celestial Sueños'.
[She covers him. The ref counts the pin and it's a full three-count. The ref immediately raises her hand in victory.]
Wayne Inkster announced her the winner and, just as she does, the the lights go off. Jack Gene goes into a brief shock, then remembers that this is 'planned' because it's how she exits the ring. When the lights come back on, it's only Marty, Pete, the ref and Inkster as the crowd cheers. Her music continues to play and she is no where to be seen. Hughes still thinks that it's too showy and unnecessary. And he also thinks this was the strongest he ever saw Marty Poppins, and for that to be the case, Marty Poppins should probably stop wrestling and whomever hired him should be fired because they are idiots. Jack doesn't necessarily agree with that statement, but is mostly shocked that Bill would have said something like that on TV.
...Red ...Green?
Writer: Garvin and Marty
[As Marty lays on the mat in pain, Positive Pete consoles him once again. The music fades as Marty, with the help of Pete and the ref, stands up. The crowd gives him a mixed reaction, still not sure how to take him.]
Jack Gene - Well, regardless... Marty Poppins picking up yet another loss.
Bill Hughes - You know, now that we've put that all into context, it's pretty obvious that Marty Poppins is the son of Dress. She never won a damn match, neither.
Jack Gene - Could that even be proven?
Bill Hughes - What?
Jack Gene - That Dress is his... mother?
Bill Hughes - See... let me let you in on something here, Jack. You see, a few years back, scientists discovered a thing called "DNA". And in "DNA", as they called it.
[Jack stares at him blankly.]
Bill Hughes - ...the scientists that is, anyways. That DNA carries our genetic makeup, which is something passed down to you by your parents.
Jack Gene - ...she's a dress...
Bill Hughes - Are you... really? You've never heard of a paternity test. That's what it is. They'd check the DNA, and if it matches, then yeah - she'd be his mother.
Jack Gene - Doesn't paternity test mean it's for males?
Bill Hughes - Yeah, well, I'm sure they've got one for the females, too. They're scientists. They've got tons of [bleep].
[Just then, Marty shrieks and pushes Pete off of him.]
Marty - RED!
[Pete shakes his head and smiles.]
Jack Gene - I... what the heck? Why did Marty just yell out Red?
Bill Hughes - I don't know, but Pete's got a mic and I think I'm going to be sick.
Positive Pete - Red is a good color, but... you should be saying 'green'.
[Marty flinches before stumbling backwards pushing his arms forward in case Pete tried to follow him.]
Marty - RED!
[Pete smiles and laughs.]
Positive Pete - Green, Marty. Come on, you can say it.
[He reaches for Marty to come back to him, but Marty hisses at him before jumping to the outside of the ring.]
Marty - RED!
Positive Pete - My shirt is Green, Marty.
[Marty collapses to his knees covering his head into his arms. He then crawls up the ramp. As he reaches the halfway point, he turns and yells again.]
Marty - RED!
[Pete sighs as Marty runs again, this time, completely exiting to the back.]
The King of the Leaderboard Is Here
Writer: MOD
[Just then, as Pete walks through the backstage area, "Breakeven" by The Script begins to plays over the P.A. system as "The King of Wrestling" Arick Wills along with Damian Knight make their way down to the ringside.]
Bill Hughes – It looks like Arick Wills and Damian Knight are making their way to ringside. I wonder why they are coming out here, because they are not scheduled to be here tonight.
Jack Gene – Maybe Arick Wills and Damian Knight have something to say.
[As they get into the ring Damian Knight signals to Wayne Inkster. With hesitation, Wayne Inkster has MOD the mic. Damian Knight makes sure the mic is working and hands it to Arick Wills. Arick Wills is ready to speak.]
Arick Wills – I have been quite busy around here in WMW lately proving to all why I am The King of Wrestling. Not only am I The King of Wrestling, but currently I am also The King of The Leaderboard Rankings. The numbers don’t lie. Yes, I am tooting my own horn. As cocky as you all may think I am, that’s not who I am. I just have very high confidence within myself in my abilities. Why the bloody hell should I not have this high confidence? I don’t plan on being number two to anyone. I am number one. I am going to be the face of the Heartlands Title Division. I have them all talking about how I am soon to be the face of Heartlands Title Division. But, I plan for this to happen sooner then later. With that being said, I am challenging Gras-Dawg to a Heartlands Title Match at the Burn PPV. No one is going to tell me I don’t deserve a title shot. I can be given this title shot the easy way or the hard way. This is not up for discussion Gras-Dawg. I look forward to hearing your answer next week.
[Arick Wills drops the mic and begins to exit the ring. Damian Knight taunts the crowd and exits the ring as well. "Breakeven" by The Script begins to plays over the P.A. system as Arick Wills and Damian Knight make their way up the ramp. The scene fades to a commercial.]

Jordan Keyser vs. Tyson Banes
Writer: Garvin[The shot opens up inside the ring, where Wayne Inkster stands in the center of the ring. Tyson Banes' music hits and he walks out to the ring.]
Inkster announces the first fighter in the next match, Tyson Banes. Jack says that Tyson Banes is again coming out cocky and arrogant, but he's not sure if he's got much of a leg to stand on considering his loss last week. Bill refutes this, saying that Tyson only made one mistake, and that's not really his fault. He should have won that match, and The Angel of Death got away easy.
[As Banes walks around the ring, he gets into it verbally with a random fan. As security gets involved to separate the two, Banes rolls into the ring. The music changes and out walks Jordan Keyser.]
Keyser looks rather smug, according to Jack Gene. Obviously, he's smiling due to what's going to happen later tonight? Bill thinks he's just smiling because he thinks he's got this match in the bag.
[As Keyser slides into the ring, Banes immediately attacks him with forearms and kicks, keeping Keyser from standing up. Keyser finds an opening to fight back using an eye rake and quickly gets on the aggressive pushing Banes back. Keyser and Banes battle back and forth, each delivering equal amounts of damage.]
Jack says that this match has the potential of being one of those epic-type matches where you don't know who would win. After watching Banes lose week after week, it's easy for someone to expect Jordan to roll over him, but Banes is looking impressive. Bill adds that Banes' has brought a new look to the ring and is standing his ground and it's good to see a match like this, where each fighter is trading punch for punch.
[Keyser finally gets a good advantage and locks on a rear naked choke. After moments of not being able to fight out of the hold, Banes drops, turning it into a jawbreaker. As Jordan falls backwards, Banes moves in for a pin, but only gets a 1-count. He pulls up Jordan by the hair and whips him into the corner. He charges, but as he jumps through the air, Jordan moves out of the way, causing Banes to land chest first into the corner. Jordan immediately grabs him behind with another choke, using the ropes as leverage. As the ref gets involved to pull Jordan away, Banes hits him with a low blow.]

Jack can't believe the ref didn't see that, but with the ref pulling at Jordan and looking at the choke, it was easy to miss. Bill didn't see it, either.
[Jordan stumbles away and just as he turns back, Tyson goes for a super kick. Tyson connects and makes the cover. He gets a 3-count. The match is over.]
Wayne Inkster announces Tyson Banes as the winner.
After Match Happenings
Writer: Garvin
Jack Gene - Oh my! What a win for Tyson Banes!
Bill Hughes - A much needed win.
[Tyson celebrates ridiculously in the ring. Raising his hands up as he runs to the corner. He climbs the corner and yells at the fans.]
Jack Gene - And, Banes obviously throwing this win into the faces of the fans as they continue to boo him.
[Just then, Jordan pops to his feet. He runs to Jordan, grabs a hold of him, and slams him down to the mat with a German suplex.]
Jack Gene - My god! Jordan attacking Banes after the bell!
Bill Hughes - The Curtain Call! What a devastating superplex from the top.
[Jordan hovers over Banes while the ref tries to get in between them.]
Jack Gene - That was just sick.
Bill Hughes - Well, you didn't expect Jordan to just take the loss. It was going to be that easy for Banes.
[The scene fades as Jordan slides out of the ring and walks to the back.]
Louie Cwik Talks with The Angel of Death
Writer: Maria
[The shot opens up in the back as The Angel of Death and Louie Cwik review a replay of her match.]
Louie Cwik - I'm backstage with The Angel of Death and I've got to say, you're definitely starting to appear on the radar, especially winning your first two matches here. What are your thoughts and plans moving forward from this win?
[Rosa relays the question to AoD in Spanish who listens intently and smiles, answering back softly in Spanish. Rosa nods as she listens and then speaks.]
Rosa - Well, La Angel de la Muerte is obviously very pleased with her performance tonight, and with how the crowd here in Cleveland, Ohio has adopted her and gotten behind her. She says she can feel their energy and she feeds off it, using it to help push her further and higher to give them the show they deserve. She is....still unsure of what to make of Mr. Poppins but, she is happy to have beaten him and is looking forward to her next challenge as she marches towards the Heartlands Championship.
Louie Cwik - Well, you've heard from Rosa. Stay tuned, there's more to come here on Graveyard Shift 128!
[The scene fades to commercial.]

Boris Drago vs. Shank
Writer: Garvin
[The shot opens up at ringside as Boris and Dasha walk to the ring. Wayne Inkster stands in the center of the ring.]
Inkster announces the next match. Jack and Bill welcome back the viewers at home. Jack reminds everyone that this is the second time that we've seen Boris in a WMW ring in as many weeks. It's not surprising to Bill, considering how awesome Boris was last week against Jasmine. However, the idea that he could do the same things to his opponent tonight that he did to her was something neither was willing to believe.
[That's because, his opponent tonight is Shank. As Boris prepares in the ring, Shank's music hits and he walks out onto the stage followed by Lumberjack.]
Inkster introduces Shank and the crowd pops. Jack notices that Shank was limping to the ring, which could only be attributed to the beatdown that he received at the hands of BBW last week. Bill agrees, but knowing Shank, he for sees him being able to make it through this match. Jack says that this match is the least of his worries, considering BBW could be lurking in the back, waiting for the right moment to attack.
[As Shank enters the ring, the ref immediately checks him for foreign objects before calling for the bell and starting the match. Boris and Shank meet in the center in a classic staredown. Boris throws the first punch, but Shank stands his ground. Shank then throws a punch, and it lands, but does not knock Boris off of his feet. Shank and Boris continue the 'feats of strength' competition, but Boris got the better end of a game of mercy, as Shank's knee buckled under the pressure.]
Bill reminds us that Bob Wire took Shank down with a chop block last week, while Shank was holding the 400lb+ Bundy in his arms.
[Shank is able to get some offense, catching Boris off guard. He takes him off of his feet with a clothesline. Then another. As Boris pops back up, Shank takes him down with a big boot. However, because of that kick, Shank now holds his knee in pain as he falls back into the corner. Boris gets back to his feet and immediately charges Shank in the corner, but Shank catches him with an elbow. As Boris spins holding his jaw, Shank measures him up for a Punch to the Face, but he misses. Boris rakes him in the eyes and then across his back. He goes to work on Shank's knee attacking him with stomps, and makeshift submission holds to that knee. As the fight continued, BBW made their way down to the ring.]
Jack can't believe that BBW is making their way down, and suspects that they'll get involved in the match. Bill says that's an obvious expectation considering what has taken place over the last few weeks. He remembers that Bundy made it clear he would do everything in his power to take out Lumberjack, and if that means taking out Shank as well, it will happen sooner or later.
[As BBW hits ringside, Lumberjack runs down from the back. Wire tries to climb up onto the apron, but before he could get his footing, Lumberjack hits him from behind. It turns into a 2 on 1 brawl on the outside. Inside the ring, Shank fights his way back to his feet. The crowd gets behind him. On the outside, Lumberjack seems to be holding his ground, knocking Wire out with a big boot. Shank hits Boris with a scoop slam and follows it up with an elbow drop. He calls for his finisher, but apparently just then, realized what was happening on the outside. He makes his way to the ropes to check on Lumberjack, just as Bundy reversed an irish whip attempt, sending Lumberjack into the ring post.]
Jack calls the scene chaos, and expects the ref to call this one off like he did last week, but that doesn't seem likely to Bill, since in the ring, nothing has occurred to disrupt the match. Jack sees blood start to run down Lumberjack's face, which was obviously caused when he smashed into the iron post.
[Boris pulls himself up to his feet and waits for Shank to turn around. Shank starts to exit the ring to save his partner, but instead turns to finish the match with Boris. Just as he does, Boris connects with the Knockout Punch. Shank collapses, and Boris makes the cover. He gets the pin and the match is over.]
Inkster announces Boris as the winner.
After Match Happenings
Writer: Garvin & Rob
[Boris stands up and hovers over Shank. Dasha climbs into the ring and stands next to him. Just then, John Bundy and Bob Wire roll into the ring. They walk up to Boris and clap for him. Boris smugly looks at them, and raises his hand in victory over the unconscious Shank.]
Jack Gene - And a big win by Boris Drago, all though, you've got to give some credit to BBW.
Bill Hughes - You don't have to give any credit to BBW. Shank lost the match on the inside of the ring, while Lumberjack lost the fight outside of the ring. These two situations aren't even related.
Jack Gene - Oh, come on now, you know they came down here to...
[Boris turns to leave the ring. And, just as he does, Bundy and Wire begin to stomp away at Shank. On the outside, Boris drops to the floor and begins to walk up the ramp. Lumberjack begins to pull himself up on the apron as blood continues to run down his face. Boris pauses and looks at him.]
Dasha - Make a statement, Boris!
[Dasha points at Lumberjack and Boris immediately walks up to him.]
Jack Gene - Oh no. Don't do it Boris! Lumberjack has suffered enough!
[Just then, Boris pulls Lumberjack to a standing position, pulls him around and lands a headbutt to his chest, causing Lumberjack to collapse in pain.]
Jack Gene - Oh! My god what a viscious headbutt by Boris Drago!
[Inside the ring, Bundy and Wire hover over Shank.]
Jack Gene - Vultures is what they are. Just hovering over Shank. This is just sickening. They should all be ashamed of themselves.
Bill Hughes - For what? Doing what they said they would do? Their success here depends on Shank and Lumberjack being demolished. And looking at the ring right now, that's exactly what has taken place.
[The scene fades as medics rush the ring to take care of both Lumberjack and Shank.]
An Update from Cleveland General
Writer: Amanda and Tabi
[Tera walks down the sterilized tiled hallway of Cleveland General Hospital, her face set in a grim expression as she weaves around the hospital staff and other guests also moving through the halls. Spotting Jade standing in the hallway, Tera comes to a stop beside the Asian woman and gives a greeting with a nod of her head. Just as Tera is about to say something to Jade, the PA system comes on.]
PA – Assistance needed in room 1342, Assistance needed in room 1342 STAT!
[Tera’s eyes widen as she looks at Jade, both of them turning to watch two members of the nursing staff running past them down the hall towards room 1342.]
Tera – That’s Hecate’s room isn’t it?
Jade – Yes it is, the nurse was in there doing the check up.
Tera – Perhaps we should see what’s going on.
[Jade turns and watches the nursing staff entering the room and slowly nods her head, the two women moving down the hall towards Hecate’s room. The still open door allowed the two to peek into the room, seeing three nurses standing between Hecate and the doorway. Hecate had her IV rack in one hand, though whether it was for support, to use as a possible weapon or both was hard to tell.]
Nurse – Miss, please calm down. You are going to re-injure yourself.
Hecate – I’m going down there and I will bloody well walk there on my own two feet. I will not put even more worry on her!
[Tera glances at Jade, shaking her head and whispering to Jade. "She's just like Nathan. Those two are just alike." Jade nods and watches Hecate, stepping into the room as one of the nurses turn to him.]
Nurse - She needs to be in a wheelchair. She can barely stand. We won't let a patient risk their health. If she plans on getting back into wrestling again, she needs to listen to us!
Hecate – I can stand just fine, and I certainly don't need a wheelchair! I don’t care about your regulations or any of that. I am going to see Druscilla now and I will go under my own power.
Jade - Step into the hall. We'll talk with her.
[The nurses look at Tera and Jade and then back to Hecate, after a moment they nod and head out of the room. The scene fades out as the door closes and when it reopens to show Jade and Tera walking along a hallway pushing Hecate along in a wheelchair. Hecate doesn't look happy being in the wheelchair but puts on a good face as the trio approaches the door to Druscilla's room. Group enters the room to see Dru sitting up in the bed, a British doctor standing over her. Druscilla is tugging at her neckbrace.]
Druscilla - Williams. You're going to take this bloody thing off me and I want my flight to London ready to go within the hour.
[The doctor thinks for a moment and then nods.]
Dr. Williams - M'Lady, I know you'd like to get back to more comfortable environments to rest and recover and that will be a good idea in a little bit, but so soon after your injury, the rapid change in atmosphere and altitudes would be... well very bad on your spine and neck. Now, I've consulted with the doctors here, and they are top notch. You are in a very good place to recuperate.
[As he leaves the room, he runs into Hecate, Jade and Tera.]
Dr. Williams - Ah, Hecate. Nice to see you again. I was just about to come and see you. The Lady is... in a bit of a mood at the moment and I was about to give her some time to herself. How are you feeling?
[Hecate looks over at a steaming Druscilla and then back at Dr. Williams]
Hecate - I've felt better, I would have been down here sooner but this was the soonest I could get them to let me come down.
Dr. Williams - Understandable. Your condition is quite serious. As is your opponent Nathan's. The man is risking his career by being forced into the ring this week. I was actually about to talk to you. One of Lady Cornwallis-Worthinton's requests was that I see to you and Nathanial as well. She wants to ensure that the WMW personnel here are getting top treatment for their injuries and she doesn't trust the American medical staff, evidently..
[Hecate looks at Druscilla and chuckles softly, which ends in a short cough. Jade steps forward instinctively as Hecate does.]
Hecate - I'm not surprised she asked that, it's not the first time I've been in your care. You did save my life back in Cairo that time.
Dr. Williams - That was one of my more interesting cases...
[Hecate nods, then looks over at Druscilla again. The Greek fighter's eyes glisten a bit as she struggles to hold it together at seeing one of her best friends in this condition.]
Hecate - How are you doing Dru? Wadworth is going to have a fit over this.
[Dru rolls her eyes and holds up two folders. She tosses one on the small food table in front of her.]
Druscilla - Medical reports from bloody morons who think my career is definitely over.
[Druscilla tosses another pile of folders on top of it..]
Druscilla - In there is a letter from her Majesty, and the Lord General of the House of Lords, explaining to me why I am too valuable and important to be risking my life and health competing in a 'Circus Attraction.'
[Druscilla smiles bitterly.]
Druscilla - I just peachy-bloody-keen. How about you?
[Hecate tries to roll closer to Dru's bed but with Tera holding the handles she doesn't get very far, until Tera realizes what Hecate is trying to do and wheels her closer. Hecate reaches out and takes Dru's hand in hers.]
Hecate - It's too soon to know anything for sure, you remember what they said to me back in Cairo after that accident yet I'm still going at it. I'll be here with you and for you every step of the way.
[Druscilla shrugs.]
Druscilla - The injury itself is not the problem. The problem is the second bit of it. There are people who outrank me in the nobility, after all.
[Hecate pauses and looks at Druscilla, a grin on her lips.]
Hecate - Well, actually there may be a way to make everyone happy or as happy as can be in this situation.
[Druscilla shrugs.]
Druscilla - Already thought about that. There was a reason I sided with Sault St. Marie, after all. But as much as I am preparing to move into that position, it is not the same.
[Dr. Williams clears his throat, nodding to the still open door and some of the hospital staff that have seemed to have found reasons to hang around. Tera grimaces and turns, making a shooing motion as she closes the door. The scene fades to black with the echo of the latch clicking.]
PA – Assistance needed in room 1342, Assistance needed in room 1342 STAT!

Inkster announces the first team in the next match, Xavier Langston and Thomas Kilik. Bill says that he doesn't expect much from this match, considering Father Nathan and Langston are still listed as questionable, as far as their health goes. Langston/Kilik vs. The Inquisition

Inkster announces the first team in the next match, Xavier Langston and Thomas Kilik. Bill says that he doesn't expect much from this match, considering Father Nathan and Langston are still listed as questionable, as far as their health goes. Plus, he notes that Kilik was beat pretty bad at the hands of Arick Wills.
[As Kilik and Langston roll into the ring, the lights in the arena dim.]
Bill cynically suspects that maybe we were about to see The Angel of Death's outro, but in reverse. Jack doubts it. The voice of Black Friar says that this begins the time of the Inquisition. He tells all to repent for their sins, so that they'll be forgiven. He then tells heretics and blasphemers to prepare for their judgment.
[Then, a Church bell tolls three times and over the PA, a group of Gregorian monks can be heard reciting the Latin poem 'Dies Irae'. Father Nathan emerges from the back, walking side by side with the Black Friar, both men also adding their voices to those on the PA. They make their way down to ringside, where Nathan sets his cross down and both men then climb into the ring, conversing with each other before the match. Kilik and Father Nathan begin the match as the ref calls for the bell. Kilik easily takes him down with an arm drag. As Nathan pops back up, he gets hit with a drop kick, then another arm drag. This time, Kilik holds on and locks on an side arm lock.]

This time, Kilik holds on and locks on an side arm lock.]
Jack says that Father Nathan is a lot slower than normal in this match then usual, and it's obvious that he's still hurting from his Hardcore Hell match. Bill says he's surprised Nathan is even standing, let alone competing in the match. Considering Druscilla is still out, Hecate is still out and Kronin has only been seen once in a ring, and that was just to hold a mic.
[Nathan fights his way out of the hold. He gets into a boxing stance and begins to box with Kilik. Only one shot connected, and that shot took Kilik off of his feet. Kilik quickly made the tag to Xavier Langston who immediately went for a clothesline, but Nathan ducks it and hits him with a scoop slam. Kilik then tags in Black Friar. Friar jumped into the ring and went to work on the slow Langston.]
As Langston moved in the ring, Jack noticed that he had a different look in his eye. It was almost as if he wasn't there, or at least, wasn't seeing the same match that everyone else was.
[Langston is able to reverse an irish whip. As Friar bounces back, Langston goes for a clothesline, but Friar ducks it. As Langston turns around, Friar jumps into the air, grabs Langston by the back of the head and forces his face to smash into Friar's knees. Friar makes the cover, but Kilik breaks it up. The ref pushes Kilik out of the ring. Behind him, Nathan is tagged back into the ring, and quickly pulls up Langston. He whips Langston into the ropes, but as Langston bounces back, he catches Nathan bent over, and kicks him in the chest, which causes Nathan to fall backwards. Lanston makes the tag to Kilik. Kilik quickly takes Nathan off of his feet with a drop kick. As Nathan stands back up, Kilik calls back in Langston, and they shoot Father Nathan across the ring. They go for a double clothesline, but Father Nathan ducks through it. He bounces off the ropes again and as he runs back, he throws himself through the air, connecting with Kilik with a flying forearm. Kilik falls to the floor.]
As Nathan pulls himself back up, Jack notes that he doesn't have much left in the tank and is showing that he's in a lot of pain.
[As Langston, turns back around, Nathan slams a right hand into his side. Then a left. Langston bows over in pain, but before can get away, Nathan clocks him with a right hand to the side of the head that sends Langston to the mat. Nathan pulls him back to his feet and lifts him up onto his shoulders, but only long enough to connect with the Price of Sin. He makes the cover, and the gets a 3-count. The match is over.]
Inkster announces The Inquisition as the winners of the match, which sends them to the 2nd round of the MTL4 Tournament. Jack and Bill can't believe that Nathan was able to lift Langston up, and as Friar helps him back to his feet and out of the ring, it's apparent to both of them that the injuries he received at Hardcore Hell have left him in bad shape. Quite possibly, he made things worse here tonight.
Boris Responds
Writer: Rob
[The shot opens up in the back where Louie Cwik stands with Boris Drago.]
Louie Cwik - Boris, tonight, you were able to defeat Shank. With the interference on the outside, do you see this as a legitimate win for you?
[Dasha grins and nods.]
Dasha - Once again, my Boris has demonstrated that he is strongest man in the world! He knocked the Great American Ape Shank out with one punch, after totally dominating that match!
[Boris gets a hopeful, child-like gleam in his eyes as he hears Dasha refer to him as 'her Boris' The camera catches him looking at her with all the look of a school boy crush, which is gone as soon as Dasha turns to look at him as he grins sheepishly.]

Louie Cwik - After the match, you took out The Lumberjack. What was your motivation for doing that, considering BBW had already left him a bloody mess?
Dasha - Hmph. My Boris needed to make a statement, an 'impact' as you Americans like to say. Besides, Bundy and Bob Wire are the very people the CSSW is here to save and protect. They are over-shadowed, ignored, and ridiculed, and why? Because they don't yell every word like moron? Because they would be smart enough to use chainsaw instead of ax and waste entire day chopping down one tree? Well, the CSSW says enough! Tonight, our glorious revolution has spread and it is my hope that Bob Wire and John Bundy will join in CSSW, and rise up to fight the very same powers that have oppressed them and demeaned them, trying to turn them into jokes.
[Boris nods and when Louie looks to him he shrugs.]
Boris - Boris not like Shank. Boris think that Shank over rated. He is like tiny bear pup compared to Boris or John Bundy. Shank lose to people half his size! How is he taken more seriously then Bundy, or Shank, or Mongo? Shank is fraud and Boris crushed him here as he crushed him in CMW. Now, Shank's friend Lumberjack wants to get in business? Boris say... he can break Lumberjack as easily as he broke Shank.

Father Nathan Responds
Writer: Rob
[The shot opens up backstage as Louie Cwik sits down next to Father Nathan.]
Louie Cwik - I'm here with the Ace Superior Champion, Father Nathan. And, Father Nathan, you and Black Friar picked up the win. What does a win like this mean as you move into Round 2?
[Nathan grins a bit and wipes some blood from his mouth.]
Father Nathan - Oh, it feels good to come back and get a win. Black Friar and I lost a couple of close matches and I'm just glad we could get the win, hopefully this will help us out a bit in stage 2 of the tournament.
Louie Cwik - In the final moments of that match, it really seemed like you were in a lot of pain. With the fact that you will be expected to defend your title at Burn in two weeks, do you think continuing in MTL4 is a bad decision?
[Nathan grins again and shrugs.]
Father Nathan - I was booked, so I'm gonna compete. I'm not going to abandon my partner to a handicap match. Yes, the match did hurt. Yes, I'm sure I re-injured myself a bit, but I'll be able to recover better and faster if I'm out and about then lying in a hospital bed somewhere. I'll be okay, and I expect to defend my title come Burn.

The Brad Johnson Announcement
Writer: Garvin
[The shot opens up backstage in Brad Johnson's office.]
Jack Gene - Actually, we're turning our cameras backstage as WMW Owner Brad Johnson is ready to make his big announcement.
[There is a brief pause, as Johnson takes a deep breath. He smiles, waiting for his cue.]
Brad Johnson - Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for giving me this time here tonight. I want to start by saying that our thoughts and prayers go out to Druscilla as she remains in the hospital after her horrific fall at Hardcore Hell. It's unfortunate. Moving from that, as everyone saw last week, Sportstime Ohio reached out to us, in the center of the WMW ring, in the hopes to sweep up the mess that Sault St. Marie created. All though we appreciate their efforts, we are at an impasse as far as agreeing where to go from here.
[He takes a deep breath.]
Brad Johnson - Richard Dunn and his team do not feel that they can be held accountable for the actions of St. Marie, even though, he was there representing their ideals and policies. Dunn claims he did not sign off on anything that Sault St. Marie, therefor admitting that he neglected the situation. All though he apologizes for the situation going the way it did, what he does not do is take responsibility for it. He believes that removing St. Marie from the equation was enough to clear him of any wrong doings. We do not see it that way. In fact, we believe that Richard Dunn and anyone else who was involved in this project be held accountable for the release of Valora, and the injuries sustained of those who participated in the Hardcore Hell matches. All though, most of that is idealistic on our part, we are sincere in making sure something like this never happens again. Unfortunately, Dunn and STO do not give us that confidence.
[He sighs again.]
Brad Johnson - And, unfortunately, we foresee this disagreement to continue for some time. Like all bureaucracies, it's evident that STO is more interested in seeing us jump through hoops, get impatient and drop all claims, than to actually resolve the problems.
[He shakes his head and smiles.]
Brad Johnson - But, that's the negative part of this conversation. And if we're going to move forward, we have to be positive and do positive things in a post-St. Marie era. We put ourselves on the map by having awesome talent, innovative matches, and a lot of drive and determination. That drive still exists. Unfortunately, our roster has been battered and bruised. We're going to be going the next few weeks a bit short-handed. So, we've got to get a bit creative. Which is, and always has been, our strong suit.
[He smiles.]
Brad Johnson - Last week, it's been leaked that I entered a limousine outside of the WMW arena. That limo carried WMW fighter Jordan Keyser. As you know, Keyser has majority stock in ESN, a cable television network dedicated to broadcasting and producing sports-related programming 24 hours a day across greater North America. Keyser, along with ESN CEO Ben Cash and I have been involved in discussions of how our two organizations could work together. Some of those discussions have been in public. While most have been behind closed doors.
[He straightens his posture.]
Brad Johnson - ESN broadcasts reach over 400 million households in the US, Canada, and Mexico, not to mention considerable viewership in Europe, Asia, and South America. The opportunity that has been presented to us to take Wrestling Midwest programming to that audience. Of course, we have no plans on leaving Sportstime Ohio unless we can not agree to move forward together. Our contract with STO states that all episodes of Graveyard Shift will be exclusively broadcast on the STO network. That also covers supercards that we hold on Fridays. But, we have an opening, and an opportunity that would be difficult to ignore at this point.
[He looks over his shoulder and the camera pans back to show the WMW Burn 2010 poster, along with an ESN logo. He looks back to the camera.]
Brad Johnson - That is why, I am pleased to announce that on Sunday, September 12th, 2010, Wrestling Midwest and ESN bring to you, Burn 2010. For the first time in our history, we will have an opportunity to broadcast our event all over the world, and we are very excited to have that chance. On that show, we will see the Kronin defend the Great Lakes Championship, Father Nathan defend the Ace Superior Championship, Gras-Dawg defend the Heartlands Championship and Jade defend the Shoot Championship, not just in front of a packed Cleveland house, but across the great reach of ESN.
[He smiles again as he looks down at his hands. He looks back up.]
Brad Johnson - As I said, we are very excited to have this opportunity, and we hope you are excited to. So join us on Sunday, September 12th, 2010 for a night that will mark our ascent into a much bigger, and much more competitive market. Thank you.
[With that, the scene fades.]
The Foxxy Grandpas vs. The Flying Sharktopi
Writer: Garvin
[The shot opens up inside the ring as Wayne Inkster stands in the center. Josh Briskout walks down to the ring to his music. As he reaches the ring, the music changes to AWS Man's, and out he comes.]
Inkster announces the beginning of tonight's main event and introduces the Flying Sharktopi. Bill thinks it's odd that the two members of the Flying Sharktopi came out seperately, considering it's a tag match and they're partners. Jack says he's a bit surprised that AWS Man is out here at all, considering what took place last week.
[As AWS Man reaches the ring, he rolls in and completely avoids Briskout, before exiting the ring and standing on the apron. Then, the Foxxy Grandpas come out, to their music, riding a tandem bicycle. The crowd pops and it's a apparent mutual admiration.]
Inkster announces The Foxxy Grandpas. Bill thinks it's rediculous that they're gaying up the show by riding a tandem bike to the ring. Jack wants to defend them, but also agrees because the only word he can use to describe the sight is 'cute' and no man, especially a former Hardcore Championship contender, should be described as 'cute'.
[As Tyler and McGee slide into the ring, Briskout immediately attacks them. He knocks Tyler out of the ring and then takes McGee down with a clothesline. The ref calls for the bell officially starting the match as Briskout waits for McGee to pop back up. He does and Briskout meets him with a thumb to the eye. He quickly gets McGee into a rear naked choke, as he goes to work on wearing the 'older man with the awesome handlebeards' down.]
Jack notices that Briskout is really showing his Brazillian Ju-Jitsu style in the early goings of the match. Locking onto McGee and trying to wear him down. Bill still wonders why AWS Man is here, and what's got to be going on through his head. Will he tag in? Or will we see a repeat of last week? Jack reminds the audience that last week, AWS Man left the ring and Briskout, pretty much to lose the match by himself. Bill says that AWS Man had every right to do that after Josh put his hands on Pen.
[Briskout pulls McGee into the corner with a hammerlock and goes to make a tag, but AWS Man moves to the adjacent corner.]
[Briskout pulls McGee into the corner with a hammerlock and goes to make a tag, but AWS Man moves to the adjacent corner.]
Jack says that AWS Man is obviously avoiding the tag, but Bill says that AWS Man is too professional and competitive to abandon his partner.
[McGee is able to reverse a hammerlock, and pulls Briskout into his own corner, where he tags in Tim Tyler. Tyler and McGee double team Briskout in the corner. The ref breaks it up, but after a quick scoop slam and an elbow drop, Tyler pulls up Briskout and locks on an arm lock before tagging back in McGee. McGee goes to the top and jumps down connecting with a double axehandle to the arm, before locking on his own arm lock. Tyler exits the ring, but then is tagged back in. As soon as Tyler enters, they shoot Briskout across the ring and take him down with a two-man clothesline. As Briskout bounces back to his feet, Tyler hits him with a scoop slam. He points to the top and Handlebeards will once again climb. He jumps through the air, off the top turnbuckle and lands fanny first onto Briskout's chest. Tyler leaves the ring and Handlebeards makes the cover, but only gets a two-count.
Unlike the Sharktopi, Jack remarks that the Foxxy Grandpas are communicating and looking like a well-oiled machine. Bill thinks that was a disgusting visual.
[McGee tags back in Tyler and they once again go for a double team move. This time, Briskout fights out of it. He tries once again to make a tag, but AWS Man is now at his original corner. He yells at Briskout for going to the wrong corner. Before Briskout can get back to his feet, McGee slams into him with a running knee to the side of the head. He pulls Briskout from the corner and goes for a cover, but again, only gets a two. He locks on a standing armbar.]
Bill makes it clear that he wants to see AWS Man in this match, and wishes that AWS Man chose someone other than Briskout to be in the MTL4 with. Jack says that it's obvious both Briskout and AWS Man haven't talked to one another the entire match, and maybe not since last week. So, it's not clear to Jack why AWS Man is even out here if he wasn't going to get involved. Bill thinks that he would get involved if Briskout tried to tag him in, and it's his fault.
[McGee continues to wrench on the arm as Briskout sits on the mat. Briskout continues to fight it, but can't quite seem to get enough leverage. Then, he begins to flail as he pushes himself up. McGee tries to hold it tight, but Briskout moves to his side and lands a stiff elbow to the midsection, and another. AWS Man sees the situation and reaches to make a tag. Briskout lifts McGee up and hits a Samoan Drop. As he pulls himself up, he goes to make the hot tag to AWS Man, but AWS Man is no longer on the apron. Instead, AWS Man is walking up the ramp. Briskout gets to his feet and yells at him.]
Jack can't believe that AWS Man is doing it again. He completely left Briskout high and dry in this match, and if that was going to be the case, why even come out to begin with? Bill understands AWS Man's reasonings and calls it deserved. Briskout was out of line last week, and this week, he's being taught a lesson.
[As that continues, behind him, McGee makes the tag, in comes Tyler. He spins Briskout around and hits a DDT. Tyler rolls him up for a pin. He gets a 3 count and the match is over.]
Wayne Inkster announces The Foxxy Grandpas the winner, which means they advance to the second round of MTL4. The Flying Sharktopi officially out of MTL4.
[Inside the ring, the Foxxy Grandpas celebrate their win by dancing jigs. The crowd cheers them on as AWS Man stands on the stage, looking towards the ring. He shakes his head and walks out. The scene fades.]
